Problems and handling solutions for detained shipments (for reference only):

(1) Textiles sent to the United States cannot exceed 10KG; otherwise, it may lead to delays or detention in customs clearance in the United States. If you need normal transit, please contact the recipient and inform them to assist in customs clearance or find other solutions.
(2) For express shipments to Japan, if there is no company name but only a person's name, normal transit can be achieved after applying to Hong Kong SGWH.
(3) For shoes sent to Italy and South Africa, please drill holes in the soles to facilitate customs clearance locally. The local customs in Italy and South Africa do not accept imported finished shoes.
(4) For express shipments to the United States, Australia, and New Zealand, PO BOX addresses are not accepted. Please provide the recipient's detailed address. This is also required by local government agencies and will be strictly checked during customs clearance.
(5) For glasses sent to the United States, a drop ball certificate is required for local customs clearance.
(6) For lighters, a non-gas certificate is required. For wooden packaging goods, a fumigation certificate is required.
(7) When the cargo weight is relatively large, please attach a commercial invoice or proforma invoice with the shipment. The invoice content should include the sender and recipient's information, the Chinese and English names of the goods, the quantity of the goods, and the unit price and total price.
(8) For packages sent to Russia, due to the requirements of the Russian customs that all imported packages must be cleared by the recipient in person at the customs, only packages destined for Moscow and St. Petersburg are accepted, but documents are not affected.
(9) Textiles sent to Nigeria cannot be exported due to the restrictions of the Nigerian customs.
(10) Computers: Only one computer can be sent per shipment.
(11) Refrigerators and air conditioners cannot be transited due to the presence of compressors.
(12) Iron products sent to Thailand require inspection and quarantine for customs clearance in the importing country.
